It's been so long since everything has been going right for the Green Bay Packers that I don't even feel bad when Ruvel Martin scores a touchdown after two defenders, both with a legitimate shot at an interception, bounce comically off one another. This is not a team that has a right to be 8-1, and no doubt all the lucky breaks are swinging toward the Packers, but I'm going to enjoy it.
Also, sitting there with my son, both of us wearing our Brett Favre jerseys shouting "Go Packers! Go Brett Favre!" satisfies me in a very male-bonding, indoctrination kind of way.

Even though I'm from St. Louis (How does an entire line break apart like so much soft, bitter feta?) I can appreciate the year Favre is having. Hell, that dude won me $50 in that crazy 1-play overtime against Denver. I'll root for him anytime!
Oh and Hello! Here by way of GWJ (where I am a true lurker)
Love the Podcast!

The man, which I have called him for years now, is having a stellar year. I'd be thinking MVP and/or Super Bowl if it weren't for that lousy Tom Brady.
